Versa Matic 2" synthetic diaphragm pumps

The 2" synthetic Ultra Matic diaphragm pumps is available in polypropylene or PVDF. For hazardous areas ATEX versions are available which can discharge static electricity.

Depending on the liquid to be pumped, the pumps are available with diaphragms, balls, seats and o-ring seals in various materials including PTFE, XL-thermoplastic, EPDM, Viton, Buna-N, Neopreen or Hytrel.

The pumps are equipped with bolted pump chambers so the risk of leakage is minimal.

The foul air control system of these pumps has a wear-resistant ceramic sliding shoe and sliding plate which slide over each other completely without air leakage which guarantees reliable operation, even at low air pressure and with long term use. The 'quick dump' system of the Utra Matic series provides quick aeration so the pump shaft has less resistance and uses less air compared to conventional diaphragm pumps.

The pumps do not need oil lubrication and no freezing occurs in the foul air control system.

These synthetic 2" diaphragm pumps are available in 2 different versions - the suction and press manifolds. There is a version available with the manifolds in one section and the DN 50 flange on the side, and a version with shared manifolds, which enable the DN 40 suction and press connections to be placed in 3 different positions.
